We broker the sale of business assets between professional parties. Our services are subject to acceptance of the brokerage terms. Buyers pay sellers directly; we do not receive the sale proceeds on behalf of either party.

The brokerage commission is 10% of the final sale value, plus VAT at the applicable rate. There are no upfront fixed fees. Completion, price and timing depend on the assets, offers and decisions of the parties.

We collect your name, company, telephone number, email address, intention to buy or sell, and message, together with the enquiry reference, date and consent confirmation.
